<p>或許我們是內向又悲觀的完美主義者，總希望事事盡善盡美。面對失敗或不堪的時刻，我們總是特別容易崩潰。動不動就掉眼淚，夜晚輾轉難眠，甚至曾經想過放棄一切，滿身怒氣地覺得人生毫無意義。這些窘境或許曾深深困住我們，但也正是在這些時刻，我們逐漸意識到了一個重要的事實：人生，是由我們自己選擇的。</p>
<p>既然我們不是天生樂觀的人，那就學著練習樂觀；既然快樂不會自動降臨，那我們就練習成為快樂的人。這樣的選擇並不是在充滿快樂的土壤中萌芽，而是在難受與挫折的啟示中生長。從那一刻開始，我們開始期待自己能成為快樂的人，並在練習的過程中慢慢明白，原來快樂是可以練習的。而這份快樂，其實一直都掌握在我們的手中，只要我們願意選擇它。</p>
<p>我們練習快樂的方法其實很簡單，每天記錄下讓自己感覺溫暖的瞬間。例如，一份可口的餐點、一杯暖心的飲品、或是一句溫柔的問候。這些微不足道的記錄，卻奇妙地成為了支撐我們前進的理由。通過這樣的練習，我們學會了接納不完美的自己，給自己更多的包容與時間，也以更有力量的方式去面對生活。原來，快樂並不是遙不可及的目標，而是由生活中一點一滴累積而成的過程。</p>
