<p>在遇到挫折時容易自我懷疑，例如，「我能做到嗎？」或「我不夠好」；這種內心的負面對話往往是導致失敗的根本原因。心理學家 Albert Bandura 提出的自我效能理論（Self-Efficacy Theory）強調了個體對自己完成任務的信心如何影響其行為表現。相信自己有能力應對困難的人，能夠在逆境中保持前進的動力，而不被外在的挑戰所打敗。Carol Dweck 提出的成長心態（Growth Mindset）與固定心態（Fixed Mindset）理論，則是進一步闡明了內在信念對於我們是否能夠戰勝自我的重要性。擁有成長心態的人相信，能力是可以透過努力與學習來提升的，因此，他們更能在困難面前保持堅韌。而固定心態的人則認為能力是固定不變的，這導致他們在面對失敗時更容易感到無力和挫折，最終被自己的內心所打敗。</p>
<p>這些理論表明，壓力不是失敗的最終決定因素，真正重要的是我們能否克服內心的懷疑，朝著目標邁進。所以，無論我們面臨什麼樣的挑戰，最終能否成功，往往取決於我們是否能戰勝自己內心的恐懼、懷疑與不安。研究顯示，當我們選擇相信自己、擁抱失敗、勇敢面對挑戰時，我們就能無懼外界的壓力。最終，真正能打敗我們的，不是外界的競爭或困難，而是我們自己內心的限制。</p>

<p>在這樣的情況下，有意識的深呼吸是最簡單的方法之一。透過專注地慢慢吸氣與呼氣，讓身體進入一種更加放鬆的狀態，有助於我們更好地應對當下的情緒。此外，盡快離開令人生氣的情境，找到一個讓自己安心的地方，轉移注意力，例如閱讀、聽音樂或散步。另一種方法是將情緒寫下來，讓它得到釋放，或是與親友分享感受，以幫助我們更好地處理情緒。</p>
<p>儘管我們不想自己變得容易生氣，但在某些情況下，這樣的情緒往往會迅速湧現。因此，為了避免被情緒牽著鼻子走，我們建議隨時隨地練習深呼吸。當我們專注於呼吸、身體感覺或周圍的聲音時，我們不再去想過去或未來的事情，而是專注於眼前正在發生的一切，完全接受當下的狀態。</p>
<p>這樣的練習確實能夠幫助我們更快地轉移生氣的情緒，讓自己能夠更快地冷靜下來。而且隨著練習次數的增加，不僅可以培養更好的情緒調節能力，也能讓我們的生活更加平靜與放鬆。</p>
