<p>我們很久沒有在官網寫文章了。不是沒有想法，而是這段時間，一直停在「該選什麼」這個問題前面。看了很多東西，也拿起又放下了很多次。有時候甚至會懷疑，是不是已經不知道自己想找的是什麼。</p>
<p>上一次寫文章時，我們提到，挑選適合賣場的東西，其實花了很多時間。那是真的。但最近才慢慢發現，卡住的並不是選得不夠努力，而是方向太用力了。</p>
<p>我們一直在找「值得被留下來的東西」，卻忽略了，也許真正重要的，是那些可以自然留在日常裡的東西。不需要被解釋，只是能在生活裡，讓心情多一點愉悅與美好。</p>
<p>這樣的東西，安靜、不張揚，但會陪您度過很多看似普通，卻其實很重要的日子。</p>

<p>不只是祝福您變得更好或更成功，更希望在新的一年裡，您的日子能夠照原本的節奏前行，那些您已經好好經營的生活片段，能繼續被溫柔地對待。</p>

<p>最近，我們開始重新整理選物的方向。說是改變或許不太準確，更像是讓原本的心意變得更清晰。</p>
<p>我們希望挑選的東西，是能陪您用很久、甚至陪伴一輩子的好物。那樣的東西通常不會是奪目的，也不一定立刻吸引人，但它會在時間裡慢慢變得更有溫度，陪您一起生活、一起成長。</p>
<p>如果是飾品，我們希望它能成為您最自然的陪伴。每天戴著它時，能感覺到那份熟悉的節奏，提醒自己用溫柔的步調生活。</p>
<p>如果是家飾，我們希望它能靜靜待在您的空間裡。不張揚，也不刻意吸引注意，只是在您回家的時候，讓光線和氣息變得柔和，讓家多了一點可以呼吸的節奏。</p>

<p>在這段整理的過程裡，我們也感受到一些離別。有幾樣商品因為合作的老師傅退休了，再也沒有辦法繼續手作新的作品。</p>
<p>那份遺憾很深，因為那些作品裡有他的手勁與時間，有他對材料的熟悉，也有他對生活的理解。</p>
<p>有些作品使用的材料也是老師傅親自製作或調配，如今材料已無法再生產，這些作品也因此成為獨一無二的存在。</p>
<p>我們曾有機會讓新的師傅接手，但我們選擇暫時停下。因為每位職人都有自己的手感與節奏，那份獨特的氣息無法被複製。與其匆忙延續，不如留下一點空白，等時間與緣分帶來新的相遇。</p>
<p>我們會把這些作品留在官網上展示，不只是曾經販售過的商品，更是一段值得被記住的故事。</p>

<p>但我們相信，這正是「好東西」的意義。它不該成為您或家裡的負擔，而應該是您自然想展示、願意觸碰、能在日常裡帶來一點溫度的存在。</p>
<p>未來，我們會更集中在這樣的方向。會有新的商品慢慢出現，都是經過時間與心意挑選出來的東西。它們不追隨潮流，而是成為生活的一部分。</p>

<p>午後的陽光透過窗戶，灑在木地板與牧草上，替它們鍍上一層溫暖的金色。</p>
<p>空氣裡飄著青草淡淡的香氣，伴隨著細細的咀嚼聲。</p>
<p>我們選物賣場永遠的大老闆兔子寶貝，正安穩地窩在牧草與飼料旁，耳朵微微抖動，低著頭慢慢咀嚼。</p>
<p>這一幕充滿生活氣息的畫面，讓這一刻的世界已經很完整。</p>
<p>我們忍不住想把這份安定與喜悅留住，於是用水彩畫下了大老闆的身影，也把這份啟示做成了一張小卡片，</p>
<p>提醒自己：幸福不是擁有很多，而是在剛剛好的滿足裡安心生活。</p>

<p>追求更好的生活、享受更美的物質本身沒有錯，但在這個過程中，也別忽略幸福感往往來自最單純的時刻。</p>
<p>這樣的時光，並不是任何物質都能替代的。</p>

<p>這也是我們在選物時的信念，我們希望選的不只是物件，而是能讓日常多一些溫柔的陪伴與啟發。</p>
<p>幸福，原來就是這樣：肚子飽飽的，心也暖暖的。</p>

<p>“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”   — Marcus Aurelius</p>
<p>這句話的意思是，幸福不取決於擁有多少，而在於能以平和、清明的心態去看待生活。</p>
<p>出自羅馬帝國皇帝馬可·奧理略（Marcus Aurelius，西元 121–180 年），也是著名的斯多噶學派學派哲學家所寫的《沉思錄》（Meditations）。</p>
<p>這本書並非為出版而寫，而是他在軍事與政治壓力中留給自己的私人筆記，他不斷強調外在事物難以掌控，唯有思想與心態才能掌握在我們手中。</p>

<p>其實，我們並不覺得自己是一群孤僻的人。相反地，我們特別珍惜與家人朋友相聚的時光。每次聚會時，那些吵吵鬧鬧、笑聲此起彼落的場景，總是讓我們感到無比溫暖。聚會結束後，滿心的感動依然會留在心裡，回味著剛剛那些閃閃發亮的片刻，彷彿這些記憶能一直存續下去，成為支持我們的力量。</p>
<p>但也正是因為如此，我們漸漸意識到，這些充滿人聲與笑語的時光雖然美好，自己依然需要一段屬於自己的靜謐時光。不是刻意地逃離人群，而是想更真誠地與自己對話，聆聽內心最真實的聲音。</p>
<p>最簡單面對自己的時候，往往是我們一個人靜靜地品嚐食物的時刻。不看手機，不閱讀任何訊息，甚至不聽音樂，只是單純地坐下來，和眼前的這盤食物對話。那是一種很微妙的感受，咀嚼之間，能夠感受到食物的質地、味道、溫度，還有它傳遞的那份真實感。在這樣的時候，我們彷彿能完全放下外界的紛擾，回到最純粹的自己。</p>
<p>這不僅僅是一頓飯的味覺享受，更是一場與自己對話的過程。今天，我需要什麼？什麼能讓我真正感到滿足？這些問題看似簡單，但只有在這樣的單純時刻，才有機會去尋找答案。也許這就是生活的平衡吧。在熱鬧與安靜之間，在與他人共度的美好以及與自己相處的時刻之間，都有它的價值。</p>

<p>根據心理學家 Kristin Neff 的研究，自我慈悲（self-compassion）是減少焦慮、抑鬱與壓力的重要方法。與其責怪自己，我們應該以同理心對待自己，就像對待朋友一樣。Neff 的實證研究顯示，當我們以善意與寬容看待自己的錯誤時，反而更有能力面對挑戰，從失敗中學到更多。</p>
<p>另一項來自心理學家 Carol Dweck 的成長心態（growth mindset）理論指出，將錯誤視為學習的機會，能促進個人持續進步。Dweck 的研究發現，擁有成長心態的人能更有效應對困難，將挫折轉化為動力，最終達到更高的成就。</p>
<p>相對地，長期自我責備會引發所謂的完美主義陷阱。心理學家 Paul Hewitt 與 Gordon Flett 的研究表明，過度的完美主義與抑鬱、焦慮等心理問題有密切關聯。這種強迫性完美主義會讓人過度專注自己的缺點，進一步增加心理壓力。</p>
<p>因此，當我們感到想責備自己時，不妨換個角度，將失誤視為成長的契機。自我寬容不僅有助於心理健康，也是長期成長的關鍵。我們需要有意識地學習對自己更友善，給自己更多的空間，這樣才能真正釋放壓力，迎接更多挑戰與機遇。</p>

<p>我們一定要花時間在我們愛的人、毛寶貝或重視的事物上，因為他們/它們是如此的珍貴，相處時能為我們帶來無盡的溫暖與幸福感。對我們來說，自己真正重要的東西，不是眼睛所見，而是心靈所感。這些看似微不足道的小互動，對我們來說卻蘊含著無限的美好。</p>
<p>靜下心時，內心的感受會比外在的視覺更為真實，這說明了用心去看是一種生活的態度。在不免俗地追求外在的成功與認可時，別忘了守住自我，傾聽內心的需求與渴望，陪伴重視的人事物，這樣才能擁有內心的平靜與滿足。</p>
